1. How Can i pay for my order at Emerals?

We support the following payment option at Emerals
1. Cash On Delivery (available in selected pincodes)

2. How Does The COD (Cash on Delivery) payment option work?

'Emerals Cash on delivery option allows you to pay order value at the time of delivery for all orders. Your existing limits will be revised once,there is a delivery or order rejected against your account, from the new limit implementation logic,if required to pay for any order using Cash on Delivery (COD) mode of payment, Please select the 'Cash on delivery'Option on the payment page.
Cash on delivery option is available only selected pincodes. However the COD limit may differ from customer to customer depending upon the order Rejection percentage from a particular customers registered email id.For avoidance of doubt.Order Rejection Percentage' shall mean any undelivered orders which are returned from the address provided by the customer even, after three successful delivery attempts. In event of COD limit breach, your order will be cancelled and you will have to place a new order using Pre-payment Options.

3. I am Being Charged GST amount on my order.What is GST?

GST is a single tax on the supply of good and services that is levied on every value addition (through production and services)and is added to a product's sale price. GST has to borne/paid by the ultimate consumer of the product or service.if your ordee is fulfilled on or after July 1st 2017, GST will be applicable on your orders. GST subsumes all other taxes like Excise duty,VAT,Entry tax etc.

4. Where i Can Track My Orders ?

You can Easily Track Your order On My Profile > Trackorders.

5. Can i Cancel the items ?

Yes you can cancel the items which you have purchased. Just open My Profile > Cancel Order

6. Where i can place Return/Exchange Request?

Under My Profile > Return Order > Exchange Order

7. Where i can check the Refund Status ?

You can fetch all the details on My profile Option.

8. How do i apply a coupon on my order ?

You can apply a coupon on the cart page before order placement.The complete list of your unused and valid coupons will be available under 'My Profile' of Website/M-site.

9. Why is my returned product re-shipped?

This may have happened, if the item you have returned is used, damaged or original tags or MRP tags are missing. For more details, please call our Customer care. (1800-120-666999)

10. Why has my return request been declined?

11. Do i need to create an account to be able to shop from Emerals?

While you can always browse emerals without logging in, you do need a Emerals account to shop with us. This is where we save your name and basic contact information. It's simple 1-step sign-up form.

12. Can I login into Emerals with my Google or Facebook accounts ?

Yes you can! Just go login > google or Facebook

13. I've forgotten my Emerals Password. Argh.

Here's how you can get a new password.
1. Go to the Emerals.in login screen
2. Click on the Forgot Password option on the login screen.
3. You'll get an email from us in your registered mail account
4. Click the link on our email to reset your password.

14. What happens to my delivery charges when i return a product?

Unfortunately, delivery charges are non refundable.

15. How will my refund be processed?

Your method of refund is dependent on the mode of payment for your order.
1. Paid via cash on delivery:Refund initiated through National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT), 7 Business days after our Quality checks.
2. Online payment via credit card/Debit card/Netbanking: Refund to source, 7 business days after our quality check.

16. How do i return multiple products from a single order?

Our simple 5 step process will help.
1. Log into emerals.in and click on My Orders.
2. Go to the order you want to return.
3. Initiate a return for each product that you want to send back.
4. Pack all the items together in a single package.
5. You're good to go!.

17. I've been refunded an amount that's lower than what i originally paid. Why

Your returns amount could be lower than what you originally paid if the product was part of a promotional offer, which is subject to terms and conditions. If the promotion is no longer applicable to your entire order, the total order value changes to reflect that, and the difference is adjusted against the refund amount.
